She has experience holding professional auditions in LA and NYC, and spent years beside leading agents, casting directors, directors, and choreographers—hearing candid feedback from dozens of industry voices each year. Combined with two decades of developing artists, that insight helps her understand what decision-makers need to see and how to help artists access it.

Beau brings more than a decade of dance-specific photography and video experience for conventions, competitions, and leading programs, including Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. After nearly a decade leading the media department for a NYC conservatory, he knows how to anticipate movement and capture not only the choreography, but the energy, emotion, and personality behind it.
